The first girl I met with was really friendly and personable. The second girl was more off putting and didn't seem to have any interest in talking to me. It almost felt like they weren't expecting me to show up and were annoyed that they had to follow through with the interview.

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
