Never had a more unprofessional and chaotic experience. This was a position that would be contract through insight global for a gaming company. Recruiter reached out to me and scheduled an initial interview with hiring manager and team within a few days. Another recruiter then contacted me the following day to confirm the interview time but the time they said was different from the invite they sent me. And instead of informing me what to expect at the interview, they told me not to ask about salary and benefits. Made it to the final round with another batch of people. When it came to decision time, the recruiter ghosted me. Didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know I didn’t get the job. They even called me just to let me know they will have a decision by the end of the week and to expect their call. The day arrived and crickets. It’s been a few business days now and they have ignored me follow up email too.
