Interview process was smooth. Initial phone call with recruiter to feel you out to see if good fit for discussed role. If call goes well they’ll reach out to setup an interview with the company discussed.
Spoke with recruiter for about 15 minutes on the phone. Then I spoke with the hiring manager for about 15 minutes. Then interviewed with the project manager I would be working for.

An IG recruiter reached out and organized a 30 minute MS Teams call with the PM and Hiring Manager. It was very relaxed and to the point. They informed me about my role with the MSD. It was very conversation based. They asked questions about university experience and leadership skills. I showed some visuals from my recent senior design project. I received a phone call with an offer about 2 hours post interview.
