Approached by one of their recruiters initially. We had an initial interview and ended with the stated next steps of a more formal interview with the client. I was then ghosted even after sending direct emails inquiring about any updates. If something changed and I wasn't moving forward I can understand, However, ignoring some one like that is very unprofessional.

You are submitted to 2 rounds of interview with Insight Global interview team, then followed by 2 rounds of interview with the client, plus prep rounds between interactions with hiring managers. All well and good, if it wasn't for being ghosted twice for the same position, with the ridiculous excuse of the recruiter "losing his LinkedIn password account". At least give me a final feedback and don't keep me hanging.
