The companies initial reach out was wonderful, had a good conversation, impressed him enough for me to be moved onto the technical guy. The technical guy insulted me for my gap in work due to medical leave, talked down to me as if I wasn't even worth the phone call and offered me an insulting amount for a skillset i developed and thrived in for 14 years. He didn't listen to a word I had to say and treated me like I was lucky to even be offered a position on a completely different shift doing specialized work. Avoid working with this one.
