I was interviewed by two girls who only had the same job I was interviewing for and all they did was ask me personal questions. They didn't ask me anything that related to the position. I asked them about their training program they hold in Atlanta and all they talked about was how fun it was. I was hoping to get more information out of them. They were extremely unprofessional.

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
