I was recommended by a friend and then asked about 3-5 questions and was hired immediately. The process of filling out info and answering questions online was the longest part. Training was lacking.

Asked experience and customer service experience. Happened quite quickly, about 1 day turnaround, and got uniform the next day and scheduled into the following weeks schedule. It was first a call to ask when to come in for the interview.
The interview process was pretty straightforward asked questions yourself, wanted to know why you were best fit and your favorite cookie or dessert. Interview took an average of 30 minutes or less

Applied and got an interview within 24 hours. The hiring manager supposedly had an emergency which left the shift manager who doesn't really have experience in interviewing to take his place. Unprofessional!
