It’s disappointing that a company with a good reputation was so disorganized in the recruiting process. The job description said there was training and welcomed entry level candidates. The recruiter qualified me for the position, but as soon I met with the hiring manager, he stated I wasn’t qualified. He also mentioned there is no training.
The best feedback I can give is do not waste a candidate’s time and invite them in for an interview if you don’t think they have the qualifications.
Sadly, I have a lot of business owners that I would have referred in as clients, but luckily I sent them to a competitor instead. Be careful with this company. They are not communicating internally and the job description is very misleading.

Recruiter sent me a message on LinkedIn, Phone call with them, then main recruiter phone call. Then 2 rounds with different District Managers and last round with Regional Manager & DM.
Great communication and set detailed expectations. 3 rounds of interviews. After each interview I left feeling more optimistic about the opportunity and the company as a whole. Building a good culture is important to Insperity and it shows.

They did a very good job. First call with recruiter then I had two interviews. Overall it was a very good interview experience. It does seem like the Louisiana market will be closing so not sure how helpful this will be.
