Q: What are the differences between a value type and reference type?
Spoke with recruiter, did an online coding assessment, and spoke with a manager via Zoom or Teams. GHOSTED after that. I realize that ghosting candidates has become common in the industry, but that doesn't make that conduct any less UNETHICAL.
