The interview process was longer than any interview I’ve ever taken, that being said, I’ve only worked in retail for 3 years now, but the process went well. You have a total of 3-4 interviews that includes -
1. The recruiter (Phone interview)
2. Two higher Ups from Insperity (Phone Interview)
3. A panel of 5 directors from Insperity (Zoom)
4. The team that you will be working close with (Zoom)
The whole process takes about a month but overall everything went smoothly and I was offered the job within the month.
Some tips to rise above everyone else are to be yourself and to not be afraid to seek discomfort, also Insperity is very team oriented so if you’d like to work alone then I
believe this company is not for your liking.
Note: Thank you Insperity and I am grateful that you are giving me an opportunity to work with a great team!

It took 3 weeks for a recruiter to contact me about my application. Nonetheless this recruiter was pleasant and extremely responsive during our emails setting up the initial phone screening with her, phone interview with 2 members of the company and the in-person interview with 5 members. All these 3 screenings happened probably within 1.5 weeks, which was great!
However after my in-person, this recruiter left for vacation & another recruiter was assigned to me.. she called on a Thursday (to let me know if I was going to move forward to the last interview round or not) and I couldn't pick up so she left a voicemail advising me to call back but didn't detail anything. I called multiple times, left a voicemail, and even emailed her hoping that if she was unavailable to speak on the phone, at least she could send a quick email back letting me know if I moved on or didn't. After a whole week, I tried calling one more time and she finally picked up, just to tell me I didn't move forward. She said it seemed I was a better fit for another team to which I asked if there was an opening on that team I could apply for and she said she didn't know.. we hung up and I decided to email her. I asked if she could take a look and recommend any open positions or info about new positions I could apply for in relation to this new team she talked about. I had another offer from a diff company on the table but I stressed that Insperity was my 1st choice therefore I'd still like to apply for other fitting positions, and she never wrote back.
The company seemed like a great place to work for, the people were pleasant, the culture seemed fitting and the 1st recruiter was on top of her things. However the 2nd recruiter really was not a good experience. She was unresponsive like she didn't care at all and personally I felt I put a lot of work and effort into becoming a part of Insperity but in the end I was left hanging there.
