First interaction is with a recruiter through email and a phone call is then scheduled. On the phone call the recruiter explains the position and ask questions about experience and background and also your knowledge of payroll andFLSA. After that phone call you are contacted by another recruiter who further explains the position and tells you more about the company. The recruiter also schedules your zoom interview with the two other Supervisors. The last interview is with two supervisor that can last an hour.

These are two person interview. Fairly basic. They will ask you what a PEO is so please know that. Sell your payroll skills plus your personality to show off your customer service skills. Be prepared to discuss the value you can add to the organization as well as answering scenario questions.
