There were three rounds of interviews. First was the recruiter screening (shoutout to Avi, he was fantastic and helped answer any questions and guide me through the rest of the process as well). Then was a second round interview with the hiring manager, followed by a third round panel interview with two other managers working on similar projects. The process was very quick, taking about two weeks total from the initial outreach to offer. The discussion was focused on practical scenarios around the actual work I will be performing in the role.
