It is an Automated video interview, not an actual person. They Asked around 10 questions. The questions are general. You record yourself speaking. There is an Orientation video as well

The interview was very nice, but I have heard that in the past, they used to do group interviews, so be aware that you'll have to really stand out. The questions in which the ask you are very basic but they love community service.
