First you will write test then get interviewed After interview you will get to be asked about offer and stuff The isnt much benefits but it was a nice expririence

Firstly we conducted a telephonic interview , thereafter an assessment and lastly face to face. The first interview was very basic such as educational background etc , the second interview was more about testing me to see if I can actually perform the job and which level I am on as a tester
