Online application asked which subjects I was comfortable tutoring and why I would be able to teach those subjects. Also was asked about my tutoring/teaching experiences and education. A couple days later I got an email that said they needed a picture of my college diploma or a reply from my college email to prove I attended that school. Once I sent the picture, I got an email saying I got the job.
