You fill out a simple questionnaire online. They then contact you via email saying that you are invited to an orientation session. The session is with a large group. They go over a presentation about the company and the positions. Then you do a mock shopping experience. There is no official interview per se. They are just seeing that you are a normal person and can work the shopper app

During the interview “independant contractors” are mislead, lied too, made false promises, instructed to purchase their equipment or show evidence of their own. Estimated weekly income is less than 20% of what was said to be.
