First thing you do is apply online. If they like it they send you an email stating when and where the group interview will be held. I think it's usually at Whole foods in the zone you applied for.
They tell you all about Instacart then show you a Powerpoint. After that they will tell you download the shopper app you were emailed. (It is not in the app store). You will do a group mock shopping around the store with the app. Then you will do a real one by yourself and they time you. If you come back at a good time and have your items you are hired. I think everyone but one of us was hired. Last if you were chosen you wait for them to call you to get you in the system and get your t-shirts, lanyards and payment card. The end.

Th interview process was fairly different but easy, nothing too not understand. As I had applied online and had submitted permission got a free background check to be completed. Additional signing of paperwork with Id and so fourth.

There was no interview process you just apply online or through the shopper app. They run a background check and as soon as that went through they sent me a card and I was able to start shopping the only thing is sometimes they have a wait list I got lucky when I applied and there was no waitlist but some people have to wait months if there’s too many shoppers in their area.
