After apply online and passing a background check, I scheduled my orientation with Instacart where I was tested on my ability to shop quickly and accurately. Furthermore, Instacart stressed how important it was for their shoppers to keep their customers and the particular details of their orders in mind as they shopped.

If I were to receive an order and I was having trouble finding the product the customer requested, how would I respond? If I was simply having trouble finding said product how long would it take me to find it, would I be comfortable asking a store employee for directions? If said item was out of stock how would I go about replacing that item as to keep the customer happy?

There isn’t one they just do a background check and dmv report. I’m not sure what else to put but there is no interview for this position it is self employed
Online application process done entirely through your phone. Not so much an interview as you are self contracted, more so a background check. As expected from a position such as this
