Initial contact was by email. Phone and was next and was the interview. i Next interview was in person,hired on the spot. A short training session followed, we installed the app and performed the most rudimentary training.

Nothing really. It helps if you have a good background in hospitality/service/cooking and well groomed and presentable.My impression was that the company is trying to scale very quickly and hires at a rapid pace.

There isn’t one they just do a background check and dmv report. I’m not sure what else to put but there is no interview for this position it is self employed
Online application process done entirely through your phone. Not so much an interview as you are self contracted, more so a background check. As expected from a position such as this
