Colloquio
There was no interview process, more of a information session where we walked in and sat around a laptop at a whole foods. The shift leader went through who the company was, and what they want in a shopper, and very quickly transitioned into how to use the app. He had us all open the app and we as a group went through an order together. Then after that he set us on a demo order by ourselves and timed us.Once we came back from the order he checked what we picked and sent us on another run. Once we were done he told us to wait at the table again, and at this point I noticed that half of our group of 5 did not come back. He said congratulations and finished going through the powerpoint (at this point was all about shifts and payday etc). He mentioned how efficiency was important and that was why he had to send the other three home (who all happened to be older women above their 50's.) Then we got our pex card, and lanyard and got entered into to system, and asked which store and location we wanted to work at (there was only two options) and lastly he told us that we start in two weeks. Overall it was an easy process, as long as you don't take too long picking the items,and knowing your way around the grocery store helps.
The only interview is when you fill out the online application about your criminal and driving history. There isn't a phone interview and there isn't an in person interview. A background check is done, and for me I had to be on the wait list for at least 4 to 6 months before a spit opened up for me. So that was a huge downside.

I think a question that was asked was "Have you had any driving convictions?"
The interview process was pretty easy. You'll be asked a few questions, and you'll be timed while looking for an item in the grocery store. Easy process all and all.

One nice thing is there’s no interview. You will have a background check, you’ll need to provide your drivers license information and picture. You’ll also be prompted periodically to submit a picture of yourself, which must match your DL picture. These requests come randomly and you must use their software to submit your picture. You will not be able to do another order until you submit your photo.
