The interview process went really smoothly. Everyone was really kind and attentive. They were interacting with me through the process instead of just asking me questions. This reflected work culture and inclusivity.

I applied on April 27 and received an invite to schedule a 30-minute interview on April 28, which I scheduled for May 1. Two people interviewed me—one was a lead, and I was asked around 8 or so questions. I followed up afterward with a thank-you email and a few questions, but never received a response. After over a month of silence, I sent another follow-up on June 11th and finally received a generic rejection email the next day, but still nothing from the lead and other person that interviewed me. I understand hiring can take time, but communication matters, especially after interviews. The lack of follow-up was disappointing and unprofessional, and I hope the company improves how it treats candidates moving forward.
