Technical, you have to be very prepared. The assignment they give before the interview is standard and gives you a general idea about how they work. You have to prepare in terms of quality and quantity. Review any projects you worked on before related to RBF, green sector and sustainability (that was my focus as an engineer)

The interview process is a little bit messy. When you apply and are approved you receive a business case for which you have a few days of preparation time and which you have to submit. If you go through, you have another interview which is part business case and part fit interview. If accepted you then get an offer.
