      I was first asked to fill in an 8 question pre-interview questionnaire which, from my experience, included every question I would have been asked over the course of a traditional interview process. Then, I had a 45 minute HR screening call where most of the time was spent listening to HR try to sell me on the company. This is where my interview stopped but it my understanding there would be 2 additional virtual interviews and then finally, multiple candidates who make it to the final round would be flown in to their St. Louis office. It is clear they lack confidence in their hiring process as this level of effort is not on par for a manager level position. Instinct mentioned wanting and needing to grow, but can not successfully do so with this level of scrutiny on a manager position.
