After submitting my resume online, I was contacted by a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to set up a telephone screening. Following the initial phone screening, I spoke with the hiring manager in a telephone interview. The next step was an in-person interview onsite with the hiring manager and team lead for the department. A few days later I was offered the position.
