The interview process started out with a phone interview with a business partner. Then a team supervisor conducts a virtual interview before coming onsite for an in person group interview.

An HR representative called me to pre-screen. It was clear to me that she was unfamiliar with technical terms. I asked her how familiar she was with the subject matter so that I could tailor my responses in a way that would make sense. She took offense and reminded me that she was doing me a favor by calling me in the first place.
