Too in-depth considering you are making a little over minimum wage. This is a very heavy-handed company to work for and if you have other options, you should take them and pass on working for the Institute of Reading Development. There are much better jobs out there where you are treated with dignity and respect.

The interview process was very thorough. The interviewer was very pleasant and easy to speak with during the interview process. The interview is not hard if you are prepared. Make sure that you read through and practice the pre-interview information that is sent to you in your email.
