I was contacted by someone in HR who set up an appointment with a hiring manager in the engineering department. That was very simple and quick. The phone interview was half an hour and a pleasant conversation. However, I received no communication after that call, whether I was to go forward or if I was no longer being considered. I would have appreciated a yes or no.

The hiring manager/corporate recruiter was very unorganized and unprofessional. We scheduled a date and time for our first meeting and I sent various emails confirming that time worked for me and that I was excited to speak soon. However he did not show up to that meeting and then blamed me for being unclear even though I'd sent multiple confirmation emails. We rescheduled for the next day, however he was extremely unengaged and did not give me much opportunity to talk about my background or experience before wrapping up the interview. The call was supposed to be around 30 minutes but he cut it shorter around 15 minutes. Following that meeting, he then ghosted me and I never heard back from him again. Extremely unprofessional and discouraging experience.
