Very disappointed by the interview process for this role. I was contacted by an Insulet recruiter, via Linkedin, after which I applied for the position. Initial interview was virtual with the district sales manager (length was 30-45 minutes). That interview went fairly well, and I had no concerns. Second interview (a "conversation" per the manager's invite) was in-person (length=about 1.5 hours). The manager then asked me to go on a "field ride," which would involve driving to another city and following an employee currently in the role. I had to take a day off of work (PTO) to go on this ride and drive a total of 3-4 hours to and from the location. I was instructed to send the district manager an e-mail after the ride, detailing my experience and why I thought I was well-suited to the role. I spent 1-2 days crafting my e-mail (as it was a part of the interview) and sent it. I heard nothing more from the district manager or company, in general--"ghosting," as it's called. I have extensive experience with the Omnipod 5 system, training/coaching it, and found this experience to be very unprofessional and disrespectful of the time, effort, and resources I put in to the interview process. They have since filled the position, and I have yet to receive any sort of follow-up or rejection e-mail. I would not recommend applying to this company.

I was reached out to by a recruiter on Linked In. There was an HR screening, virtual interview, in person interview, and in person field ride. Everyone was very nice and kept me in the loop throughout the process.
