So far, all my interactions with ISO have been positive but the company moves at a pretty slow pace. I applied with a resume and cover letter to an open position I saw on their website in May. A month later I get an email from someone asking if I'm still interested in the position. After some email correspondence I was told someone would be calling to talk to me. A few weeks later I have a phone conversation with someone on their staff about my resume, we set up an interview for three weeks later. The interview was very relaxed. Two individuals sat at a table with me as they went over the duties of the position, asking how I felt I could perform each duty and examples of how I've done this type of work in the past. It was very informal, just like a conversation. At the end of the interview I was told they were looking for someone to start in September and that they would be contacting me. Through email correspondence I've been told the position is still open and that they are considering all their options. Again. my experience has been very positive but no one seems to be in a hurry.
