Was also asked to complete a 45min assessment (pattern recognition and behavioural questions) following the interview that would help them determine more behavioural questions to ask if I received a second interview.

Got a phone call from a HR coordinator and did a phone interview for 15 minutes. Standard behavioural questions as well as some questions regarding work preferences. The 1 on 1 interview lasted 45 min with a HR consultant.
