1. Group classroom to explain the company's history and values
2. Class then disperses and each person will have 3-4 different interviews with the different managers attending.
3. Sit and talk (casual) to some employees and other interviewees while waiting for the next formal interview with a manager
4. Walk around the office to see the workplace

3. More situational questions: how would you calm down an upset customer/employee.

✅ 3. First Interview (Hiring Manager)
Typically a video or in-person interview.
Focused on technical skills and role-specific experience.
May include situational and behavioral questions like:
“Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer.”
“How do you prioritize claims?”
“What steps do you take in a claims investigation?”
✅ 4. Second Interview (Optional/Panel)
May involve a panel of interviewers or cross-functional team members.
Could include:
A case study or scenario-based questions
Questions testing your problem-solving and decision-making
✅ 5. Reference Check
Usually, 2–3 references are requested.
Make sure they’re aware and ready to speak positively about your experience.

It's 20 minutes interview. You speak to a manager in regards to what aspect from the role and name a time you completed a difficult task, they ask you about your previous work experiance and how you can apply those skills to this current role.
