Colloquio
I applied online for this position and was interviewed at Intact Toronto Office. Nice people, pretty smooth interview process, overall very positive experience. The entire process was very efficient, I got an offer 3-4 days after the interview
Interview was in two phases:
- first was with HR (screen interview)
- second was with directors
First one is to verify if your profile/resume matches what they're looking for.
Second interview is more thorough and looks into your reaction when faced to specific situations.
Interview for an hour, online using teams, both behavioural and technical questions are being included in the interview, followed by me asking any potential questions I have towards my role and the firm
