I applied online, was contacted about a week later and had a phone interview at that time. A week later I called her back to ask for an update. She said she would call me in the next few days to set up an in person interview. I then had an interview with 2 managers who I am not working under. It was fairly unformal, they were not intimidating, asked a lot of situational / behavioural questions and they were very straight forward when describing the position.
