Applied online and received an email to schedule a phone interview. Following the phone interview I had to complete an online assessment. Second stage was an in-person interview with two managers. After the in-person interview I had to complete an extensive background check. Third stage was with the head of the claims department followed by a behavioural assessment online.

The interview process was quite easy, standard customer service questions, nothing out there to trick you. There isn’t much pressure and there very friendly which is a good sign, there was one person person per interview

The interview is not too long between 15-30 minutes. They will ask general questions about you and you experience. This is a good job too apply if you are a college student or graduate. Make sure that you know how to answer questions about situations and relate to groups projects that you done in school. Im not from a fiance or insurance background so you really have energy and show that your ready to learn and be a good team player.
