First Stage - Initial 30 minute interview with the Intapp internal recruiter. This was a typical talent screener call, Second Stage - Call with a member of the US Senior Leadership Team. The call was an unstructured conversational chat. The interviews were fine, The second interview was unstructured and I felt the onus was on me to 'impress' the interviewer. Unfortunatley I never heard back on the outcome of the interview despite reaching out to Intapp's internal recruiter for feedback. It is the first time I have been ghosted which is very disheartening and in my opinion reflects badly on Intapp as a company.
