Worst interview process. Interviewer never showed up to interview(s), and scheduling of the interview was always wrong--had to be reschedule a LOT of times. Finally, I got an interview , was a pretty standard process and I shortly got an email saying I got the job. A few days later, I received a letter of welcome where you needed to officially accept the chat agent position. I did, and a week later I received a new letter of welcome for a completely different position under them after I accepted the chat agent position. I emailed them asking about it, to which I got a call saying the chat agent position was filled. Okay...don't give me a job I didn't apply for, it's just a waste of time for everyone. I applied 2 months ago for the position and GC Services continuously messed up on scheduling my interview, which delayed myself getting the position that I wanted.
