Telephonic discussion followed by an assignment. Last round with one of the founder / Senior member and telephonic round with another. I got the offer but then I referred glass door reviews, saw the office premises and declined the offer. On glass door it seems mgmt asked employees to post positive reviews so all of a sudden you get 3 positive reviews on same day. Small office and less than a dozen employees in 5 year history was another point that made me skeptical. Didn't find them as good pay masters
