One 30 minute call with HR representative. Unfortunately for a company that advertises to be all about 'keeping employees happy'; had a difficult time with simple changes to a conditional offer. It appears to be an "our way or we move on type of company". I read other reviews pointing out the lack of negotiations this organization is willing to undergo. Well, I am looking for a more mature management group to join.

Apply online. Recruiter contacts you by email. Sets up fsst phone interview. Passed you to manager for 2nd phone interview. If you seem normal enough, you are in. They have no true understanding of the real job requirements. They just need a body to fill a seat to bill the customer.
