Waste of time!!... the founder is not even interested in the interview process. More onto knowing what kind of strategy you are applying. The whole interview process i feel so digusted , when i am the only one creating topic and answering while the interviewee just keep quiet. This kind of arrogant and unethical behaviour should not even be display if you are not interested in the candidate. Show respect to people who apply leave to come for interview .. we scarifice our time ! (your time is not only the precious one) if i know the interview is going to be 5min short (abruptly cut off the interview) i will not have apply. This is the worst interview i ever encountered .
