I interviewed for three different Account Manager positions and ended up being ghosted multiple times. For the first account, I spoke with two people. After a week went by, I sent a follow-up email. They responded by saying that they have yet to make a decision. I still have not heard from them. For the second account, I spoke with six people. Similar situation as above – after a week went by, I sent a follow-up email. A few days later they let me know that they went with another candidate. For the third account, I spoke with two people. Again, after a week went by, I sent a follow-up email. To this day (three weeks later), I still have yet to hear from them. From what I gather, this company is not very sensitive to the fact that we, as potential candidates, take time out of our schedules to take these interviews, and to not even have the courtesy to follow up, is very rude.
