Arranged an informal chat rather than a formal interview due to wanting to see suitability on both parties. Had a very informal conversation with the recruiter and one of the directors. didn't progress any further due to desired salary not being agreed. Office seemed like a professional yet relaxed environment. Hiring manger & director seemed approachable and easy going.
