Colloquio
-phone screen
-Second Round: Two in person interviews with a manager & director
-Final Round: 5.5 hour in person interview day. Panel presentation (behavioral based), interview with president, interview with CEO, & a lunch with another consultant
Most questions were culture based, they prioritize finding culture fits. Very lengthy process, however, it is useful for understanding if it is a place you want to work.
Ultimately their offer was not competitive in the market & they told me there was no room to negotiate. CEO has a negative view on young people & their work ethic that didn't sit right with me.

A couple of days after submitting my application I received an email requesting a time to have a phone interview with someone in HR to discuss my application. The phone interview was very comfortable and offered the opportunity for me to ask specific questions about the role and for HR to learn more about me and my experience. After the phone interview, I received an invitation to for a two hour in-person interview with the regional director and one other director at the Boston office. These conversations were one hour each and provided the opportunity to introduce myself, my experience, reasons for wanting to transition to such a role and to learn more about what IPM was looking for in this role. The following week HR reached out to me to say that they wanted to invite me to a day-long interview in the Chicago office to meet with the CEO, Executive VP, a current consultant, and give a presentation during a 1.5 Panel Interview. The interviews, especially with the CEO, were very focused on me as a person and understanding the culture of IPM. The presentation was an opportunity to discuss my management style and for them to determine if it was as fit. Honestly, it required a lot of upfront preparation, but was a very enjoyable experience.
