Very detailed, explained what you would run into day to day. Interviewer was very friendly & didn't sugarcoat the job, even told me the bad parts of the job which is not typical. Seemed very down to earth & when I took the job it was exactly what they told me. Didn't seem to care that I didn't have prior background in the job or that I didn't have a college degree.
