Great process, interviewer asked great questions and was really nice. Had a really good experience. They answered all of my questions. Got asked some sales and experience questions. Great conversation.

There were two interviews. The first was a phone interview and only took 15 minutes. The in person interview took an hour. I job shadowed someone on the sales floor for a half hour and then had a half hour interview. It was a very relaxed interview.

They basically hit all the standard interview questions. Tell me about yourself, why sales, why IEL, what are your strengths and weakness. After they asked me some questions, they asked if I had any.
