The interview process consisted of 3 separate interviews with people from different levels of management. The interviews each lasted approximately 30 mins and were done on campus. No technical questions were asked. Focus was behavioral and fit. The interviewers were looking for candidates with strong work ethic, communication skills, and interest in sales.
