When Kayla interviewed me, it gave me a good understanding of the company’s projects and structure. However, the tone during the interview felt somewhat condescending and less collaborative than I expected whilst expecting me to know every detail of their clients for such a small company. While I appreciated learning more about the role and the organization, I realized the company culture might not be the right fit for me personally so I withdrew myself from the process.
