Response from Casey Pierce, Managing Partner at Integrity Power Search
Thank you for sharing this feedback. I sincerely apologize if I did not provide closure or timely communication. Responsiveness is a core value of ours, and it disappoints me to know I fell short of that.
It’s also disheartening to hear that I came across as having an ego. My intention in asking candidates to reflect after our initial conversation is to give them space to digest the discussion, surface new questions, and then decide if they’d like to continue the process. When we move to a second conversation, my goal is always to dive deeper, build a personal connection, and better understand whether there’s alignment.
I recognize that not every candidate will be the right fit for our searches, but every person deserves clarity and respect throughout the process. If I failed to provide that here, I truly apologize. We are committed to improving and ensuring every candidate’s experience reflects the values of professionalism and integrity we stand for.
