I applied the position through Intel website. One week later got an email from HR for an initial phone interview. Two people interviewed me together. One is an senior engineer and the other is Hiring Manger. The phone interview lasted 30 mins. First question is to Introduce yourself and then introduce your research. They will ask you some basic knowledge or concept with respect to your research.

Very smooth and friendly. One with recruiter, then hiring manager called and finally a half a day with team. Since my job was process engineer, there was no test on the interview

Received a phone interview in mid-September, and received a notification for the next round of interviews a week later. presetation+7 interview. Received an oral offer a week later (end of September). Background check after a month and a half. Received offer in mid-November

The interview consisted of 8 hours of consecutive interviews in a very small conference room. I did have a lunch break, which was slightly more relaxed but was yet another interview. I was not shown where I might work if an offer was made and the site was not described at all.
