I was first referred by a friend who is working there for an intern position. Phone-interviewed by the hiring manager for 40mins. Went through the details of my resume. I was then offered the intern position. However, I got to decline it since my graduate adviser didn't want me to leave for the summer. Then hiring manager then invited me for the on-site interview for a full-time position. During the on-site interview, 1: 1 interview was conducted and there were total six interviewers. Didn't get the offer and the reason is that not every interviewer thinks I was doing well.
