I got an on-campus interview with an Intel representative on the university job fair. Two months later, I received a phone screening from the hiring manager. The conversation focused on my PhD research with some additional behavioral questions. Then another two months later, I got invited to Hillsboro for an on-site interview. It started with an one-hour presentation, followed by 8-9 30-minute one on one. All technical questions from well-educated PhDs.
